David Brega

David Brega is a native of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts and is widely recognized as one of today's premier trompe l'oeil and still life painters in America and abroad. He studied under Ken Davies at the Paier College of Art in New Haven, Connecticut, and later continued his studies at the San Francisco Art Institute. Brega's work has been represented in numerous group and one-man shows. Most notably were his two one-man shows in 1986 and 1991at the Alexander Gallery in New York City. His paintings have also appeared on eight covers of "Yankee Magazine" and several prominent book jackets.
