Alice Dalton Brown
Brown was born in Pennsylvania in 1939 and studied art at the Academie Julian in Paris and graduated fom Oberlin College in Ohio. She uses the medium of oil to create her realist works, often depicting romantic seascapes, breezy porches and meditative interiors. Her paintings have appeared in numerous solo and group exhibitions and her works are included in private and corporate collections including Harpo, Inc., the American Express Company and the Bank of New York.
