Darrell Bush
Darrell Bush was born in East Moline, Illonois and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family as a child. He graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree in commercial art from Northern Illonois University in 1984. He moved to Minnesota where he worked as a commercial illustrator for five years while pursuing his love of wildlife art. In 1987, Bush became a full time artist. In 1996 he participated in the wonders of Nature exhibit in Hong Kong. He was named Artist of the Year, 1997 Wildlife Western and American Art Exhibit. His love of wildlife has lead him to efforts in conservation producing state hunting stamps and prints, the 1996 National Fish and Wildlife print and several commissions from Ducks Unlimited. Darrell Bush is an active member in the National Audubon Society and Ducks Unlimited.
