William Cooper

William Sidney Cooper was a painter of landscapes who exhibited at the Royal Academy and at Suffolk Street between 1871 and 1908. His titles include Springtime; Isle of Wight, 1881, Twilight on the Thames, 1884 and A Travelling Station, which was sold by Sotheby's in 1969 for the sum of £480
