Michel Delacroix
Delacroix studied for two years at Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris at which time he interrupted his formal education to explore the city. During this time Delacroix worked for Marcel Marceau. He eventually returned to complete his studies and went on to teach art. Over the years Delacroix continued to paint and experiment with a variety of techniques and styles before eventually developing his signature style, mainly depicting scenes of Paris as a happy, timeless place. He has been exhibited in one-man shows all over the world and received numerous awards in recognition of his primitive style of painting including 1973 Pix Public and 1976 Prix de la Cotes D’Azure (Cannes).
