Larry Dyke
A Native Texan, Dyke began painting professionally in 1976. His first lithographs were released two years later and today he has produced more than 100 limited edition prints and a number of open edition prints. Most recently Dyke has combined a love of golf with a love of nature. A devote Christian, he combines the attention to detail for the physical appearance of a scene with a spiritual depth inspired by his love of God. His subject matter is fueled by extensive travel, often with his wife and daughter, throughout America. Larry Dyke's work has hung in the White House and the Vatican. At the personal request of Pope John Paul II he painted "Sharing the Faith" a tribute to the long and important role of the Church in America.
