Alexa Kelemen

Alexa Kelemen was born in Cungrea Romania. She graduated with honors from The Institute of Art of Constanta, Romania in 1965. In 1989 she completed degrees with honors at the School of Popular Art. Kelemen is an established artist in Bulgaria Hungary and Romania where she has participated in many exhibitions and won many awards. She is most known for lush, earthy landscape oil paintings that vibrate with color. Her work is included in the collections of Nadia Cominici, Daniella Sivalas, CNN Atlanta, Coca-Cola Corporation, Atlantic Steel, Smith Barney, NY Bell South, Phillips Amsterdam, and ABC Studios. She now lives in the United States with her husband and son.
