Warren Kimble
Kimble attended Syracuse University and received a degree in Fine Art. He has enjoyed careers in the advertising industry and as a teacher. He developed an interest in folk art, archtecture, and Early American furniture while working as a professor at Castleton State College in Vermont. Kimble uses acrylics on antique architectural boards and his prints have been distributed by Wild Apple since 1991. His work is influenced by American primitive art and often depict stylized animals or landscapes of Vermont. Kimble's work is collected across the country and internationally and he is celebrated as America's best known living folk artist.
