David Marshall

Prolific, Contemporary, Jazzy, Fun, Happy and Alive are just some of the words used to describe the style of David Marshall. With his imaginative style, bold use of colors, and use of light and shadows, David brings a fresh and exciting new musical look to the art world. Born in Southern California in the 60’s, David now resides along the waters of Puget Sound in Washington State with his wife Molly. David’s captivity of movement in his art is reflected in his own lifestyle where wakeboarding, snowboarding and hiking beach trails are priorities. Primarily a self-taught artist, David has used his God-given talent to develop a unique style of combining brush strokes with finger painting. This added texture allows for more richness and rhythmic flow to his musical pieces. In David’s words, “I want you to hear the music coming out of my paintings. Music brings a sense of peace and harmony to people. It stimulates us to move, dance and sing, which I believe fills our hearts with happiness.”
