Susan Osborne
Born in Delaware Country, Pennsylvania, a stones throw from Amish country, Susan was raised in the legacy of the simple form, line and design of that famous style. It is without a doubt that this background became a major influence in her future career as an artist. She embarked on her education with an Associate of Painting at Pratt Institute, School of Art and Design in New York City. She took advantage of the many art galleries and museums, especially the Metropolitan Museum and the Museum of Modern Art. Upon winning a scholarship to study in Europe, she received a Bachelor of Fine Art at the distinguished Glasgow School of Art in Scotland. Susan returned to the United States and promptly moved to the Southwest, pursuing the legacy of simple forms, color and artistic beauty. Susan has dedicated herself to creating truly unique and original art to suit all imaginations, traditions and interiors.
