Yuriko Takata

Born in California in 1957, Takata works both in water colors and pastels to create her images of realistic still life, architectural elements and abstract images. Her work displays a love of nature and a willingness to explore different artistic styles. Takata has exhibited in the United States, Europe and Japan and has work in the collections of AT&T, Bank of America, Dean Witter, Foremost McKesson, Hollister, Inc., Ilinois Bell, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, Pacific Bell and Nordstrom Department Stores.
